How much creatine should I take?Updated 7 months ago

Individual tolerance to creatine varies. Some experience discomfort with 20g+ per day, while others tolerate up to 30g per day. 

Adequate hydration (2-3 L/ day) helps manage water retention. 

If stomach pains are experienced when taking creatine, stop all supplementation and consult a healthcare professional.
