Musashi x IGA Promotion

PROMO PERIOD: 

0600 on 5 March 2025 and ends at 2200 on 22 April 2025

ENTRANTS:

Entry to the Promotion is open to:

• residents of Western Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania aged 16 years and over who fulfil the entry requirements.

Entry Requirements:

• Purchase any Musashi branded product from an IGA store in Western Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria or Tasmania, and provide a copy of their unique receipt (one entry per receipt) along with the completed entry form at https://musashi.com/pages/musashi-consumer-promotion.

Exclusions:

• Residents of the Northern Territory, South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory. ·       
• Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. “Immediate families” means spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling.

Maximum Number of Entries: 

• No maximum, subject to the entry method set out below. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one prize each in the Promotion. 
• One of ten $1,000.00 IGA gift vouchers.

PRIZE:

• The maximum total prize pool of the promotion is $10,000.00.
• Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Each prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Any attempt to sell the prize or attempt to exchange the prize for valuable consideration will result in the cancellation of the prize. The Promoter has the sole and absolute discretion to decide such matters.
• No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered.
•  If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute for the Prize (or that part of the Prize) a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification.

ENTRY METHOD: 

• To enter, Eligible Entrants must provide a copy of their unique receipt (one entry per receipt) and complete the entry form at https://musashi.com/pages/musashi-consumer-promotion.

WINNER DETERMINATION: 

• The winner will be determined by random draw on 6 May 2025.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: 

• The winners will be notified by email and/or phone by 7 May 2025 and published on www.musashi.com.

PRIZE CLAIM DATE AND REDRAW:

• If a Prize is not claimed by 23 May 2025 a new winner will be drawn on 26 May 2025.
